Experience what life was like in a tiny town in the land of Israel over twenty centuries ago on Saturday, December 9, at 4-6 PM, and Sunday, December 10, at 12-2 and at 4-6 PM.
Come enjoy activities in the bustling town of Bethlehem including bread-making, pottery, weaving, playing the dreidel game, and carpentry. Kids will have fun engaging in hands-on projects and sampling the exhibits such as scents, musical instruments, and traditional attire. Ancient Jewish food will be provided for tasting.
The Christmas nativity story will be reenacted at the beginning of each of the three gatherings so come on time. This is a free event but donations will be accepted.
