Experience what life was like in a humble village in the land of Israel over twenty centuries ago on Saturday, December 8, at 4-7 PM, and Sunday, December 9, at 4-7 PM.
A reenactment of the Christmas nativity will be presented by child and adult performers at 4 PM. Twirling angels, dancing shepherds, and singing magi enliven this adaptation of the classic story of the Savior’s birth.
Hands-on activities typical of the era will be offered for kids of all ages, including bread-making, pottery, weaving, beading, carpentry, and games.
Exhibits including scents, wool-making, food, and traditional attire will showcase the town’s culture.
Ancient Jewish food will be available for tasting.
This is a FREE event but donations will be accepted.
